I believe strategy only has value once a company executes it through to results. That is why I focus on flawless execution. I look at organizations as a whole — to me, business, technology, people, and AI are parts of one system that have to fit together. I can set direction at board level and stay close to the teams delivering the change — structured and human at the same time.

Over more than 15 years I have led transformations in the Czech Republic and internationally: building a PMO overseeing 30 concurrent projects and establishing a scalable Salesforce support and development model for a global organisation, integrating over 20 acquired companies in the UK and US, changing the operating model of a CZK 2bn portfolio, and earlier leading SAP configuration, development and integration at a global supply chain services provider. Today I bring the same principles to AI adoption — I created a framework for business-led AI transformation and AiGame.cz, a programme for everyday work with AI.
