Strategy to Results

An interactive demonstration of how a leadership team turns strategy into a managed portfolio. Every idea has to name the business outcome it will move and the evidence behind it; priorities are set quarterly against real business value and the actual capacity of the people available; and benefits are tracked from what was promised through to what was actually delivered. The dashboard gives leadership a clear view of portfolio execution, progress, capacity and emerging issues.

Conference Booth Experience

Designed and built the complete booth presence for the Change Management Institute at an AI conference, centred on the message “Technology enables. People transform.” The project combined print and digital touchpoints: cards for gamified AI adoption, laptop sticker designs, and a kiosk app assessing team readiness for AI adoption. Visitors answer nine quick questions on a tablet, instantly see a scored result with practitioner-focused framing, and receive a personalised branded result email on the spot.

Conversion Website and Digital Strategy

Complete design and delivery of a website focused on winning new clients. The project included digital strategy, Google Ads setup, SEO, AI optimisation, a social media content plan, analytics and results measurement. AI tools were used in every phase of the project.

AiGame

AI is changing how we work, and building new habits takes time and repetition. AiGame is a free 10-week programme — Monday to Friday, 5–10 minutes a day, one concrete task straight from your work. Works with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot. Fully bilingual (CZ/EN).

OneStop — aplikace pro řízení firmy

Business Management App

OneStop is a lightweight business management app built for freelancers — created in Claude Code. It covers everything from first contact to paid invoice, all in one place. Tracks leads through a sales pipeline, manages client projects, assigns tasks, and sends invoices. The dashboard gives a live snapshot of active offers, work in progress, monthly revenue, and outstanding payments. Runs locally. Backup built in.

Built my personal consulting website from scratch using Claude Code — an AI-native development environment by Anthropic. The site is fully bilingual (CZ/EN), SEO and GEO optimised, built on semantic HTML with structured data, and designed according to a custom brand manual.
